Shipping and Refund Policy

The delivery time is 1 to 5 working days, depending on stock. A longer delivery time may apply to custom or special products, but in that case we will let you know immediately after your purchase.

Collection is possible by appointment in Vlissingen or Middelburg. Please contact us if you would like to collect it.

Shipping takes place with PostNL, DPD or DHL. A tracking code will be given to you with which you can track the package.

If you do not like the piece of jewelry you received or would like to return it, you can do so without giving a reason, unless it is custom-made or the product has been custom-made for you or the product has been collected. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving the jewelry.

The shipping costs are at your expense. Upon receipt of the unused product in the original packaging, the purchase price will be refunded. If you receive the product damaged, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt, in any case within three days of receipt.

Delivery takes place at the specified address. If you provide your address incorrectly, it is your responsibility.
