GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, I use the following definitions:

• Cooling-off period: the period during which you can exercise your right of withdrawal;

• Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance agreement with me;

• Day: calendar day;

• Duration transaction: a distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services with obligations spread over time;

• Durable data carrier: any means that allows you or me to store information for future consultation and unchanged reproduction;

• Right of withdrawal: your option to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period;

• Entrepreneur: I operate under the name Your Sigo;

• Distance agreement: an agreement concluded using only means of distance communication;

• Means of distance communication: any method that allows us to conclude an agreement without being physically present in the same place.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer I make and to every distance agreement between you and me.
Before an agreement is concluded, I make these terms available to you. If that is not possible, I will indicate where you can view them and that I will send them free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, I may provide these terms digitally so you can store them on a durable data carrier.
If additional terms apply, you may always rely on the provision most favorable to you in case of conflict.

Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has limited validity or specific conditions, I will clearly state this.
I provide a complete and accurate description of my products and/or services. Images are a true representation, but obvious errors are not binding.
All prices are clearly stated and include VAT and any applicable delivery costs.

Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when you accept my offer and meet the stated conditions.
I may verify whether you can meet your payment obligations and may refuse or adjust an order if necessary.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
For products:
You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you receive the product.
You must handle the product carefully and only use it as necessary to assess it. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging where possible.
For services:
You may withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded.
You must follow the instructions I provide when exercising this right.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
I will refund any payments within 30 days after receiving the returned product.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) products made according to your specifications;
b) personalized or custom-made products;
c) products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
d) products subject to financial market fluctuations beyond my control.

Article 9 – The Price
Prices remain unchanged during the validity period, except for changes in VAT.
Prices subject to market fluctuations may vary.
Price increases within 3 months are only allowed if required by law. After 3 months, increases are only allowed if agreed and if you have the right to cancel the agreement.
I reserve the right to correct typographical errors in prices. In such cases, you may cancel your order.
All prices include VAT.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
My products comply with the agreement and legal requirements.
All jewelry is handmade from natural materials, which means slight variations in size and color may occur.

Article 11 – Delivery and Performance
I handle all orders with care.
I deliver orders to the address you provide.
Delivery takes place within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If there is a delay or partial delivery, I will inform you, and you have the right to cancel the agreement.
If delivery is not possible, I may offer a replacement product.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions
Agreements for an indefinite period can be terminated at any time with up to one month’s notice.
Fixed-term agreements may last up to two years and can convert into indefinite agreements with a one-month notice period

Article 13 – Payment
You must complete payment within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
If you provide incorrect payment details, you must inform me immediately.
In case of non-payment, I may charge reasonable costs.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Please submit complaints clearly and within a reasonable time, preferably within three days of discovering the issue.
I will respond within 10 days.

Article 15 – Disputes and Applicable Law
Dutch law applies exclusively.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Middelburg.

Article 16 – Liability
I am not liable for damage resulting from improper use of jewelry.
My products are not suitable for children under 5 years old and should only be worn under supervision.
I am not liable for allergic reactions.
My liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.
