SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Delivery
The delivery time is 1 to 5 working days, depending on stock availability. For custom-made or special items, a longer delivery time may apply.

If this is the case, I will inform you immediately after your purchase.

 

Collection is possible by appointment in Vlissingen or Middelburg, The Netherlands. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a pickup.

Shipping
I ship orders via PostNL, DPD, or DHL. You will receive a tracking code to follow your parcel. You can also view the track & trace information and your order status via the website.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the jewelry or wish to return it, you may do so without giving a reason, unless the item is custom-made, made to measure, or collected in person.

Please notify me within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once I have received the unused product in its original packaging, I will refund the purchase amount.

Damage or issues
If you receive a damaged product, please inform me as soon as possible, and in any case within three days of receipt.

 

Delivery address
I will deliver your order to the address you provided. Any errors in the address are your responsibility.
